The blade is treated with a new process called FOXIONIC. It is a surface treatment that gives a final hardness of around HRC 72-75 increasing the resistance to corrosion of atmospheric agents and excellent resistance to abrasion. The process follows the standards UM 5478: 1991. The handle is made of a special elastopolymer named FORPRENE. This material has a high thermal resistance and can be used from -40 ° C up to + 150 ° C. The forprere is very resistant to salt corrosion and acids ensuring a high grip in all situations of use. The sheath is made of 1100D black cordura. It is a multi-position sheath with thigh extensible and safety leg straps. The sheath on the front has a removable pocket that can be used as a torch holder, a caliper holder or a magazine holder.
